February brings us Valentine’s Day and an opportunity to sample new restaurants!

Here are a couple of noteworthy restaurants offering special Valentine menus:

Stella Alpina Osteria in Burlingame will be offering a special menu, including ‘Pillows of Love’ (truffle-stuffed Gnocchi)! and ‘Love Potion #5’ as a sample of the special fare.

A short drive to the coast will deliver you to Cetrella Restaurant on Main Street in Half Moon Bay for a special Prix Fixe Valentine Menu.

Daffodils!!! Millions of daffodils to enjoy during the Daffodil Dreams Opening Celebration at Fioli. If you haven’t visited, you must Fioli is one of the last of the grand peninsula country estates. 2012 celebrates the 36th year as a historic property of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
