2 – Negotiation

Life is a series of negotiations. I truly believe that you don’t get what you want in life; you get what you negotiate. My job is to represent my client and their best interests.

More importantly, my job is to negotiate the best possible outcome, whether that involves winning the home for a Buyer in a multiple-bidding situation or securing the highest price for a Seller.

The power in negotiation is the ability to walk away. The true skill is in never having to. My industry experience and my people skills give me the ability to help you get what you want.
