Every market is different and markets can change on a dime. Because I work in this market every day, with both Buyers and Sellers, I am always up-to-date with current trends.

The benefit of working with a Realtor who is well versed in your market is immense. I am constantly networking with other agents to broaden my knowledge, and I remain engaged with both the Buying and the Selling sides of the real estate business.

No two transactions are alike, but it is important to work with someone who has enough expertise to recognize potential problems in a transaction. My years of experience with the Mid-Peninsula market keeps me abreast of changes in city ordinances, mandatory code requirements and market expectations.
