Mary Ann patiently spent a lot of time listening to us, driving us around neighborhood and to open houses to help us clarify in our minds what we wanted. Then, when we finally found the house that was right for us, is where working with Mary Ann really made the difference. She had a great network of excellent service providers (lenders, inspectors, etc.) who were all extremely professional, competitive and worked together seamlessly. For first time home buyers it was such a relief to work with such a well-oiled machine. The home we purchased had a special wrinkle of being a probate sale. We did the best we could with the offer and ended up being just below the highest bid but Mary Ann's presentation of the offer helped seal the deal.
